Case Study – Supermarket
The Challenge
A leading New Zealand supermarket discovered they had a gap in their small goods bacon range. They wanted to have input into the style of bacon, flavour and packaging. They wanted to create a house brand to sit alongside their existing offerings.
Our Solution
After we took a comprehensive brief about the style of products, we set about finding a consistent source of supply for the main product. After our initial small goods product brief, we began working on a recipe to differentiate their product from some of their existing branded product. During this process we kept an open dialogue with our clients to make sure we were meeting the brief.
Large range of small goods
Because of our high tech plant, we have the capability to produce a large range of products for our NZ customers, including bacon, ham and sausage. Even if you don’t require the development of a specialist product, we have many house products that are available that are great sellers and available on short notice.
